Demystifying Light Codes

I'll be honest, when I first started seeing light codes mentioned everywhere a couple of years ago I thought it was a lot of BS. Just like so many of the trendy topics that sweep through the field of channeling and spirituality, they seemed like a lot of hype unbacked by any real substance - easy to claim but hard to explain.

So I asked my guides if they were real... and guess what? They are.

It was time for a conversation. I asked for all the information I could get about them for my own clarity and to set the record straight - that's what I present to you here, within the context of the Solstice Meditation & Light Code Transmission I held on YouTube for the solstice on June 21st.

During the Solstice Meditation & Light Code Transmission, participants received a powerful energetic upgrade in the form of 15 light codes, delivered and activated in real time. This post shares a clear explanation of what light codes are, how they function, and how they integrate.

The information comes from the High Council who represent 43 multiverses, the same group who have been showing up with the monthly messages I've shared in my Energy Updates over the last six months. Coincidentally, the transmission was from beings who sit on that council (not from our multiverse).

Here we go!

So… What Exactly Are Light Codes?

Think of light codes like energetic apps or microchips —each one carrying a very specific program. I like the analogy of the app store on you phone - in the same way there are literally thousands of apps, each one designed for one very specific function, there are millions of light codes designed to create a specific outcome.

They’re not vague, random energy blobs floating around. These are precision-engineered frequencies, created by intelligent sources, and released into the energetic field of humanity or delivered to you directly. Once they're in your field, they stay dormant until the right frequency comes along to switch them on.

Generally speaking, the potency of a light code has everything to do with the frequency it carries and highly evolved beings create high-potentcy codes.

And once they’re activated? That’s when the magic starts—supporting whatever healing, spiritual evolution, multidimensional awareness, and expansion they are encoded to support.

How Light Codes Are Activated

Light codes are frequency-responsive. That means they activate when they come into contact with a resonant frequency—this might be a solar flare, a cosmic pulse, or a deliberate energy transmission like the one we experienced during the Solstice.

I'd like to pause here to dispel one very prominent myth - light codes do not come from the sun. The sun does not engineer light codes and send them to earth. This is not happening.

They may be activated by solar energy, yes. But they are not created by the sun. Imagine if you were a highly evolved being who wanted to create a ripple effect through the field of humanity - you could create light codes that would activate with specific solar activity, sprinkle them into the energy's energetic field ahead of said solar activity, and watch as the magic unfolds!

Some codes activate right away. Others might stay quietly tucked into your field until your vibration rises to the level where they can turn on. During the Solstice Meditation & Light Code Transmission, we had a unique opportunity. The codes and the activating frequencies came through together, which created an immediate and very noticeable energetic shift for many.

Solstice Amplification

Now here’s where it got extra powerful.The transmission happened during a peak Solstice window—a highly charged energetic portal. The guides shared that during that six-hour stretch, manifestation and expansion were amplified by 40×.

That’s not a small thing.

We were already encouraged to hold clear desires and intentions because the energy coming through wasn’t just activating—it was expanding the intentional field 40x and linking us directly into much higher frequencies.

The solstice window acted as an additional amplification opportunity of yet another 40x make the full amplification of the intentional field for participants who were present live (or who listened to the recording within 6 hours of the live presentation) a full 1600!!

40×40=1,600.

In other words: if you were there, you hit the jackpot - this combination of light code and frequency transmission plus solstice energy portal was a massive amplification of anything you brought into you intentional field.

To break it down even further, that means 1600x amplification during that window of anything you desired, envisioned, felt into, etc as something you want to bring into your life or into the world.

What about after the solstice window closed?  You will still have the 40x amplification that is being activated in your intentional field - this won’t change, you’ve got this now for the rest of your life!

Note - this same amplification happens at every solstice, you can use that window to your advantage and you don't have to wait and listen to the recording then, just listen ahead so that the 40x amplification is already active in your field.

How Integration Happens

Although the codes were activated during the event, full integration unfolds more slowly—usually over the course of about six weeks as your energy field is adjusting to the new frequencies and absorbing them fully.

What does that mean for desires formed within that six week period?  They will still be amplified, by whatever percentage of integration you have achieved.  

And no, you don’t need to stop what you’re doing. Keep up with your practices, meditations, energy work, or whatever supports your system. The codes know what to do.

This isn’t a temporary high. These are permanent long-lasting upgrades—designed to support your continued transformation over time.

Do All Channeled Frequency Transmissions Carry Light Codes?

No. Some do, some don't. In the Solstice channeling we received both light codes and frequency. In the Human Reformulation Program, we receive both light codes and frequency. In the Metatron channelings on the Insight Timer we receive both light codes and frequency.

Why is this? Because if there is a lot of frequency to transfer, light codes can be the best option because they can be programmed to open slowly so as not to overwhelm the energy system of the recipient. Makes sense, right?

Who Can Receive the Solstice Meditation Light Codes?

Anyone!

Even if you’re not currently resonating at the full activation frequency (which, for these codes, is 7D and higher), the codes still land in your field. They’ll simply stay dormant until your vibration meets the frequency needed to bring them online. You don’t miss out. They wait for you.

What does that mean, exactly?

You’ve probably heard about humanity’s shift into 5D - that means that enough people on the planet have shifted into a constant 5D state that critical mass was reached and the rest will be pulled into 5D slowly through entrainment. Most spiritual seekers are at 5D and can access even higher dimensional states, like 7D which for whatever reason is the next level after 5D (we seem to skip 6D).

If you’ve done any kind of channeled frequency-based work— the likelihood is that you have achieved the ability to access a 7D state - if you aren’t there yet, just keep listening to channeled frequencies from high vibrational beings and you’ll get there.  

Can You Share These Codes with Others through energetic transference?

We definitely affect those around us energetically—but these particular light codes don’t transfer passively. They’re not something you can “give” to someone else just by being near them. Each person must consciously choose to receive and open to them.

The good news? The original Solstice Meditation and Light Code Transmission recording is still available, and will continue to work even years from now. If someone feels called later, they can still receive the full benefit when they’re ready.

These light codes aren’t just here to uplift individuals—they’re part of something much bigger. They’re helping to advance human consciousness, realign us with our original design, and open the door to what it really means to become the New Human.
