Timelines: A Framework for Frequency and Growth

What timeline are you on?

The topic of timelines is vast and can be a bit challenging to conceptualize. Here is what the Galactics have shared about them—and how they relate to all individuals, the planet, the collective consciousness, and the Human Reformulation process.

What Are Timelines?

Timelines are pathways of frequency, that hold the potential for future development. Whether they apply to individuals, the collective, or the planet, they represent the possibilities that exist by way of expression through a level of frequency.

Higher frequency = higher potential outcomes and higher expression.

Some timelines are collective, representing the track we, as a species, choose for the development of humanity. A major collective timeline shift occurred in 2020, followed by another similar but much higher shift between August 8th and 12th of 2025.

When it comes to individuals, timelines can be thought of as energetic tracks that we connect to through resonance - meaning we are literally pulled onto the timeline we resonate with. These timelines exist within the field of humanity and represent our personal growth and development as individual souls.

To aid in understanding timelines, I like to use the metaphor of the people mover at the airport - imagine you are magnetically pulled onto one people mover, while others are on parallel people movers. This is a good visual representation of timelines.

There is no right or wrong in your timeline alignment, it is simply a manifestation of the work you have or have not done to raise your own individual vibration.

Timelines represent potentials—the potential for higher spiritual growth and expression.

Higher frequencies open the door to:

• Expanded consciousness

• Heightened psychic abilities, precognition, and telepathy

• A higher perspective and reduced emotional reactivity

• More joy, bliss, and transcendent experiences

• Remembering our cosmic nature
  

The higher the timeline, the greater the frequency—and the greater the potential for this type of growth.

The 2025 Timeline Shift - A Recap

We entered 2024 with three timelines for humanity. By April 2024, a fourth higher timeline emerged as spiritual growth accelerated.

According to the High Council:

• A 24,000-year cycle ended in February 2025.

• This led to a grand convergence of timelines, followed by their separation and recalibration.

• During this convergence, it became exponentially easier to shift to a higher timeline.
  

Around 60% of the global population successfully shifted to higher timelines during this period, with most completing the shift by March 2025. After this, the window of easy transition closed. Moving to a higher timeline now requires roughly 20 times more effort than it did during the convergence.

As this process unfolded:

• We locked onto the timeline most aligned with our current frequency.

• Those who invested in their spiritual growth shifted timelines.

• Those who did not give much attention to this growth remained where they are.

• Moving forward, we will progress with others of similar resonance, which may create a sense of disconnect from those on lower timelines.
  

Interestingly, we entered the convergence with four timelines and exited with six, as the second and fourth timelines split due to frequency dissonance within them.

• The lower two timelines do not carry the potential for awakening.

• The four higher timelines hold the potential for spiritual awakening and higher expression.
  

The Human Reformulation Timeline

Alongside these individual timelines, a special timeline was introduced for the Human Reformulation process by the Galactic Center Stewards.

Because the frequencies in this process are much higher than what exists in other timelines, we need an anchor—a dedicated frequency track—to stabilize and integrate them.

Imagine you are scaling a massive mountain. Suddenly, an escalator appears:

• It doesn’t instantly transport you to the top.

• It gives you a track to follow, bridging gaps and making the journey easier.

• You still experience some discomfort, but you keep moving forward with support.
  

The Human Reformulation timeline works in the same way.

• It anchors your energy to the higher frequencies of the process.

• It helps you sustain higher states, even when surrounded by lower-frequency environments.
  

However, we still remain connected to the individual growth timelines of humanity, and here’s why, according to the Galactic Center Stewards:

“It is not possible for you to stay only upon the reformulation timeline, for it would disconnect you from your fellow humanity.You must remain connected to the timelines associated with your humanity. But to fully experience the reformulation process and continue to progress at these higher frequencies, a dedicated timeline is required. This frequency track supports your journey in a way that the timelines of humanity cannot.”

Through this process, we are being supported to move forward faster, integrate higher frequencies, and anchor our new states of being—while still remaining part of the human collective.

The Collective Consciousness Shift

Between August 8th and 12th we underwent a massive shift in the field of collective consciousness. This is not the same as the field of humanity, as it pertains specifically to our states of consciousness.

What enabled this shift? It was the influx of much higher cosmic frequencies that have been coming into the field of humanity. These higher frequencies gather in nodes and create a network of higher expression within the field of collective consciousness. This high frequency is at the level of the Human Reformulation, coming from the beings leading that process and others at the same evolutionary level.

Those who absorb this frequencies in channeled transmissions become carriers of this frequency and contribute to strengthening the network within the collective. So what does this mean? This shift opened the door to a future where humanity can more easily manifest positive outcomes:

• Less conflict

• Fewer power-driven or fear-based behaviors

• A reduction of lower mental states that distort perception of self and others

  
  

On the individual level, it can reshape how we see ourselves in society. On the collective level, it carries the potential for profound cultural and structural change. David Hawkins’ work Power vs Force lays out how different levels of consciousness show up in both individuals and societies—and why rising into higher states could unlock sweeping positive transformation.

The guides have suggested that, if we sustain this trajectory, we could see significant changes in governance and global relations within 5–10 years.

The Planetary Timeline Shift - It's All About Frequency

Our planet is currently undergoing a shift to higher frequency, that began when Saturn moved into Aries at the end of May, 2025. This planetary recalibration will complete when Saturn moves off the third degree of Aries in March of 2026. According to the guides it is the third degree that is the most impactful because it represents the moment of completion of this massive shift.

This is yet another timeline shift, but this time it represents a higher potential for humanity and the planet together. Humanity is inextricably linked to the planet and the two move in tandem. The collective consciousness timeline shift for humanity created a higher opening - opening a higher pathway for the planet.

What does this mean for us? It means restoration and regeneration. The possibility of repairing what has been damaged. The opportunity to rediscover harmony with all forms of life.

The guides have said that now is the time for us, collectively, to work on our visions for the planet by conceptualizing, visualizing, and feeling into the higher expression for the planet - Creating an

experience of connection with the planet that feels elevated.

I recently asked for more clarity on what we can do to affect this change, and the following information was offered:

Imagine walking in nature and feeling like the energy of the natural setting, hearing the birds and the rustling of leaves, feeling the wind, smelling the plants, but really heightening that almost like you're turning up the volume or the vivid control and making it vibrant, more vibrant and more as

much of a joyful expression and divine expression where it all feels very coherent one to the

other from the person to nature to back to the person.

It's about anchoring a higher frequency experience.

Water is being shown as the veins of the planet and that we can affect the frequency of all of the

waters on the planet, and that's what anchors the higher frequency most effectively, it's fluid and

mutable. That's what we can connect to most easily - there are various levels of density when you talk about the planet and rock and soil and water is what we can most easily have an effect on.

Through our intention of walking with the higher vision, feeling the communication between you and the energy of all of nature around you and the interchange of higher expression or higher frequency that you're offering as you walk.

Bring up a vision for yourself that with every step you take, you're offering the higher frequencies that you anchor to the field of nature and create a reciprocal exchange so that you're not just sending something in but receiving it back - it reflects back to you and becomes a coherence loop.

Timelines can seem abstract, but understanding how they work makes the collective changes underway much easier to grasp. Humanity, consciousness, and the planet are all in motion—together.
